I. Constant tension control
During rolling, constant tension control is applied to the fabric, allowing for manual setting of the tension, which could be loose or tight, and stable operation could also be achieved in case of various types of fabrics.
II. Technical features
1. PCL computer control, automatic fabric centering, automatic judgment of folding alignment, and automatic correction.
2. Doubling fabric rolls and plate rolls could be achieved in one machine.
3. Stops automatically in case of no fabrics.
4. Good edge alignment effect, with a standard fabric edge alignment accuracy of 80% within ± 0.3 cm.
III. Field of application
In printing & dyeing, post printing finishing industries, doubling plate rolls is required.
