I. The tension on both sides can be adjusted after folding
The ratio of cloth feeding and rolling speed can be adjusted, and the tension of the rolled cloth can be set artificially, which can be loosened or tightened, so that it can also work stably when the fabric varieties are complicated and diversified.
II. Technical features
1. PCL computer control, automatic fabric centering, automatic judgment of folding alignment, and automatic correction.
2. The machine automatically slows down in case of abnormal folding alignment, waiting for processing.
3. Stops automatically in case of no fabrics.
4. Good edge alignment effect, with a standard fabric edge alignment accuracy of 80% within ± 0.3 cm.
III. Field of application
The printing & dyeing, post printing finishing industries where fabric are folded, automatic counting is performed.
IV.Standard specifications are 200 cm and 340 cm, suitable for fabric widths of 180 cm and below 320 cm. Other fabric widths can be customized.
