I. Use of hardwood strips in this model

The traditional B41 and 352 models use card clothing pressure strips, which will not cause scratches or roughening of the fabric. They are equipped with an instant feeding mechanism to achieve micro-tension plaiting of the fabric. The transmission structure adopts patented technology, and operates smoothly. And thus, it works reliably for fabrics such as silk, cotton, chiffon, and synthetic fibers.

II. Field of application

Folding of finished fabrics into pieces, automatic counting in printing & dyeing, post printing finishing industry. Applicable to occasions where the 841 and 352 models are not satisfactory to use.

IV. Performance parameters

1. The yardstick is adjustable from 0.75-1.02 m.

2. The overall dimensions of the machine are consistent. For specification 200: L × W × H=2.7 m × 2 m × 2.35 m.

3. Easy to operate like traditional machines.

4. The instant fabric delivery function is added during the plaiting process, ensuring the reliability of needle-free fabric pressing.

5. XCG85/A is an enhanced version of the 851A model, characterized by better instant feeding effect and a wider range of applicable fabrics.

V. Standard specification is 200 cm, suitable for fabric width below 180 cm. Other fabric width of 1.6-3.6 m can be customized.
